1. If you can cancel your booking more than 48 hours in advance of the training event, SWA will fully refund your booking fee.
2. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance of the training event, you will not be eligible to a refund of the booking fee.
3. You can transfer the training booking to another person up to 4pm on the day before the event.
4. To cancel your booking you will need to contact us directly on booking@womensaid.scot
5. To change the name on your booking you will need to select the training session on our calendar, scroll to and click on the the ‘View Your Ticket’ link. From here you can edit and save attendee information.
